Selection of high-quality materials: We carefully select the best-quality wood for our Sanai agarwood production. This wood is sourced from sustainable plantations and undergoes thorough quality control to ensure it meets our standards.
Preparing the wood: The selected wood is cut into small pieces and soaked in water for a few days to remove any impurities and soften the wood.
Inoculation: Once the wood is ready, we use a special technique to inoculate it with a specific type of fungus that will induce resin production. This process is done under strictly controlled conditions to ensure the best results.
Incubation: After the inoculation process, the wood is placed in a specially designed room with controlled temperature and humidity. The wood is left to incubate for several months to allow the resin to develop and mature.
Extraction: Once the resin has matured, the wood is carefully removed from the incubation room, and the resin is extracted using a special technique. This process is done by skilled craftsmen who have years of experience in handling agarwood.
Quality control: The extracted resin is then subjected to rigorous quality control to ensure it meets our standards for fragrance, color, and texture.
